Two years in pediatric tertiary care center in Buffalo, NY, and 14 years consulting in Long Term Care. Consulted with menu revisions for residential treatment centers for youth and disabled adults, as well as Head Start programs. Inspected kitchens for health care and college/university foodservice operations. Certified ServSafe instructor. Sits on a number of nutrition, health, and vocational program committees in the Wellsboro PA public school district. Has taught at the college level for 20 years of her career and currently teaches Introductory nutrition, Food service, Organizational Management, and Food Science courses for Mansfield University's Didactic Program in Dietetics. Recently earned her 500-hour certification in Yoga Therapy with the Pranakriya School of Healing Yoga Arts.
