2 Grants Awards Process 2 To navigate to the Grants Awards web pages, first go to the “Offices” tab on the LAUSD Home Page

3 Grants Awards Process 3 Scroll down to find all of the links to various offices

4 Grants Awards Process 4 Click on the “School Fiscal Services Division” hyperlink

5 Grants Awards Process 5 Hover the cursor over “Branches” and click on “Grants Assistance Unit”

6 Grants Awards Process 6 1) The Grants Assistance Unit has closed, however Specially Funded Programs has taken over their duties and their web pages are currently being used by SFP. 7 Grants Awards Process 7 These are the steps to Process Grants Click on “Forms” to obtain the Grant Award Abstract and other forms

8 Grants Awards Process 8 Click on the link to open the Grant Abstract Form

9 Grants Awards Process 9 Note the submittal information once the form is complete Provide the General Grant Characteristics including Source of Funds, whether it is limited or ongoing, type of allocation, whether this is a shared location, etc.
