All rights reserved Eyeblaster Creative Process Creative shop builds the creative based on advertiser’s requirements and publisher’s specs o Either the Media Agency or Eyeblaster can provide the Lowest Common Denominator (LCD) for publisher’s specs (note: Eyeblaster needs to know the list of publishers on the plan to create the LCD for specs) Create ad assets to be EBFriendly Upload assets to the Eyeblaster platform Build master ads in the system Define custom interactions at the ad level including clickthrough URL Provide Ad IDs to Eyeblaster Creative AM Creative AM conducts the QA to ensure ads are functioning correctly and meet publisher’s specs Creative AM works with creative shop to correct any findings from QA Once all findings have been corrected and ads have been approved by the client, Creative AM provides a green light for trafficking Media agency or Eyeblaster enters the media plan in Eyeblaster system (note: this step can be done as soon as the plan is finalized even if the creative is not finalized) Trafficking Process: o Attaching the ads to flights o Inputting 3 rd party tracking tags (if applicable) o Publishing the flights and submitting ads to publishers for approval If ads are rejected by publishers, Creative AM assists the creative shop in resolving the rejections

All rights reserved Eyeblaster Creative Training Agenda Creating an Expandable Banner and Upload Process: Open the Eyeblaster workshop Open a new ad template – expandable banner with video Preview Show how to edit the position of the panel – expand to the other side Go to settings and set a default image and a test click through URL o Select default image o Select click through Click Bundle – Talk about Validate Upload Bundle to platform Show the Training Zone Show the Ad Gallery Show the “Check for new MXP version” function

All rights reserved Eyeblaster Creative Checklist Expandable Banners: File Size The ad contains one back-up GIF (max 20k), one initial load SWF file (max 30k)and one or multiple panel SWF file(s). (max 70k) Rollover-to-expand area cannot exceed 25% of banners. Close button is required on the top right corner of the panel. Max expansion size depends on each publisher. Expansion direction Need two versions for 160x600: expanding to the left and the right Polite Banners: File Size The ad contains one back-up GIF (max 20k), one initial load SWF file (max 30k) and one polite load SWF file (max 70k)

All rights reserved Eyeblaster Creative Services Creative services are offered at the following levels: Level 1 – Includes the insertion of Eyeblaster tracking commands to a fully operational Flash files, all assets are provided and do not require any further creative design changes. Turnaround time: 0.5-1.0 days per ad size per panel (if expandable). 0.5 days per additional panel. Level 2 – Includes Level 1 and the building of Flash ads from image comps. Assets are provided in an image format, such as PSD, JPG, PDF, or other, video is provided in MOVs that needs to be compressed and converted to FLVs. Turnaround time: 2.0-2.5 days. 0.5 days per additional panel. Level 3 - Full Production Creative Service – Eyeblaster will serve as the creative agency. We will concept, design, storyboard animation, create mock ups, produce, revise. Price and turnaround time for this level will be determined on a case by case basis.
