5 What is MyDispense? Dispensing with “training wheels”

7 What is MyDispense?  Purpose designed, educational dispensing program  Designed and developed by Monash University, Faculty of Pharmacy and Pharmaceutical Sciences  Supports students to develop and practice dispensing skills

8 Educational environment  Web-based pharmacy simulation software  MyDispense can be programmed to accommodate the level of the student learner  The software is used in tutorial classes in conjunction with tutorial notes and a tutor explaining the theory to support the dispensing process

9 Education  Learning through exploration  Fundamentals of good dispensing practice are taught and practiced  Provides a simulated dispensing environment  No built in prompts
