3. ● You MUST attend church somewhere ● Code of Conduct will be covered during Intern Orientation ● Continued Learning classes are mandatory every Tuesday to develop yourself as an intern- explained more during Intern Orientation ● We will work you based on availability given during interviews ○ You will receive work schedule as two week increments beginning Monday June 6th

4. ● You will be scheduled for every Kids Adventures and Water Day ● You are required to work PRAY Classes when requested ● You must attend the Staff Bible Study every Friday ● You may be asked to fill in for a Staff Member to teach Fish Camp ○ We will inform you of this a week in advance

5. ● You will lead a team of interns ○ This involves intern development! You are responsible in helping your team of interns grow ○ You are also responsible for delegating tasks to your team ● You are the lead teacher in the classroom ● You are responsible for leading each activity OR delegating the task ○ You may begin by delegating to Intern IIIs to lead activities at the beginning of the summer ○ Once you feel confident in an Intern II, you can have them begin to lead activities: most likely four weeks into the program

6. ● You may be asked to assist in Sunday School classrooms ● You are expected to volunteer at VBS unless unavailable

7. ● You MUST have your own email and check it twice a day ● You must communicate with Staff professionally through email ● You must be able to lead a classroom and interns efficiently ● You must cooperate with each other, the rest of the interns, Staff, and your manager

8. Staff Leaders Prek: Tori Kindergarten: Hallie First & Second Grade: Aryn Third-Fifth Grade: Everyone Your specific Staff leader is who you communicate with first

9. Team Leaders Prek: Kirtana, Emily Kindergarten: Sarah, Kaitlyn First & Second Grade: Anthony, Delaney Third-Fifth Grade: Andrew You are the team leader over a specific age group

Team Leaders Responsible for a team of interns First line of communication for interns and apprentices Plan Team Building game to have your team do at Intern Orientation Morning meetings Mini Bible Study Go over Day Activities- means you have to know them! Set-up Afternoon meetings Clean-up Feedback on Activities Any Reminders Communication with Staff Leader You are responsible for emailing your staff leader at the end of the day Feedback on activities Any intern development you observed: positive and negative

11. Staff Visitation You will be observing Staff during Staff working hours to develop yourself into a potential Staff member One time for everyone- will be scheduled Can attend more by choice Monday 8am-1pm Visit Staff planning and preparation meeting You will be mostly observing the Staff during this time May assist if comfortable Friday Visit Staff planning meeting You will be expected to assist Staff in planning Mondays and Fridays

PRAY Class Aryn Pena is the Staff leader over PRAY classes You will be expected to teach PRAY classes when scheduled God and Me: 2nd/3rd Grade God and Family: 4th-6th Grade God and Church: 6th-8th Grade You will be responsible for your class Preparation This is a very serious class This class is used to obtain recognition in organizations such as Boy Scouts and Girl Scouts Their will be items that the children will need to memorize A pastor will review their success in the class: This means you must be a great teacher!!!
