Once deactivated, product will may not be re-registered, updated, supported, returned or upgraded.  As a condition of this program, the Owner agrees that he/she will dispose of the (old) Product within sixty (60) days of transfer of services to the (new) NG hardware.  Cyberoam reserves the right to terminate the services on replacement product (NG series hardware) if customer fails to comply with any of the above conditions.
