Procrastination, little control over life. Reactive- a person allows others to make his/her decisions. Reactive- a person allows others to make his/her decisions. Lack self-confidence, easily influenced. Proactive- a person describes the situation, identifies and evaluates options and makes a decision. Proactive- a person describes the situation, identifies and evaluates options and makes a decision. Have values to guide their decisions.

3 Decision-making Process 1.Define the problem. 2.List your options. 3.Consider the consequences (positive/negative) 4.Reflect on your values. 5.Decide and act. 6.Evaluate the results.
