19 The Concept A 30minute capsule, that revolves around a Boss and his subordinates in form of funny gags. Every gag will capture a different aspect of the concept and is bound to leave the audience in splits. 21 Protagonist Seasoned actor Anup Soni will play lead for this show Highly appreciated for his work in Crime Patrol, the actor will be seen in an entirely new avtaar. He will be the anchor and the main protagonist of the show. The show will also have a pool of other actors who will play the role of various subordinates, at the receiving end of the whims and fancies of the Boss. One of the popular names to play the subordinates is Gaurav Sharma, known for the character of Pappu of Total Nadaniyaan

23 Integration Concept 1 Saridon associates with Ji Sirjee and highlights the proposition by depicting a Sardard Meter in every episode – an element that Saridon has been promoting since the past few years. In every gag, a SARDARD METER pops up on screen when the subordinate loses his or her mental balance because of an obnoxious boss. This will be part of the coming up slate where we promote upcoming gags on the other side of the break or a slate right at the start that promotes the upcoming gags in the current show. There will be a pneumonic audio like ‘Saridon lao yaar’ when the employee’s headache reaches the next level. This could be a long term feature as the brand easily integrates with the show.

25 Integration Concept 11 Ji Sirjee, is a show about horrible bosses we endure in our lives. They come in all shapes and sizes. Harsh, gentle, comic, sadist, suffering from an OCD, too conscious about his looks, over enthusiastic, too lazy, too demanding, very annoying, too insecure, totally non- committal, always evasive, dreads responsibility, control freak, miserly, and so on. However there are times when you decide that you have had enough and take a Kit Kat break no matter what. The break bumpers in the segment are branded with Kit Kat’s ‘Take a Break’ proposition. The script will be tweaked to incorporate Kit Kat, eg “Haan ji Sirji toh hota rahega, lekin ab waqt hai ek Kit Kat break ka” or “Boss ko na nahi keh sakte, lekin Kit Kat break ko bhi toh na nahi kar sakte”, etc.
