What else can parents do? Don’t rely on the classroom alone to satisfy your child’s desire to learn. Investigate after- school programs, weekend programs, summer classes, and distance learning experiences. Gifted children may tend to focus only in areas where they excel because their only standard of acceptability is perfection. Encourage them to take risks! Stay informed of opportunities! http://onslowaig.weebly.com/ http://onslowaig.weebly.com/
