Current Situation Changes to structure for - Community Safety across East Sussex Police Rother District Council Government Consultation on New Powers and Toolkit for Anti-Social Behaviour (ASB) Home Office Trial on Anti-Social Behaviour (Case Management and Risk Assessment) Business as usual – less resources Reductions in Crime, ASB & re-offending Improvements in confidence, satisfaction and reductions in fear of crime

Funding for SRP from April 2011 Significant reductions: Rother District Council – Salary etc Community Safety Co-ordinator (RDC employee ) and Community Safety Support Officer (SLA across East Sussex) estimate £46,000 for 2010/11 Project funding £12,000 Home Office Community Safety Grant (through ESCC) Community Safety Grant £35,040 BCU Funding – to be confirmed for 1 more year 2010/11: £139,951 Capital £16,016, plus LAA Reward Grant money £46,000
