8 MID YEAR FEEDBACK All staff on CEL5D+ will receive a MidYear rating on each indicator that will be evaluated that year by January 31. Staff on “Comprehensive” will receive a formative rating on all 8 criteria and corresponding indicators. Staff on “Focused” will receive a formative rating on the criteria and indicators previously selected for the Focused evaluation.

11 HOW SCORING WORKS You will receive a score 1-4 for each CEL indicator (i.e. SE5) The Washington state 8 criterion summative scores are derived from the CEL scores Student growth impacts rating is included from state criterions 3, 6, & 8

12 HOW SCORING WORKS You will receive a score 1-4 only for the criterion you select. Must still have a Student Growth impact rating 3, 6, 8 embedded within the goal If one of the remaining criterion are selected, must select 3 or 6 in addition
