METHODOLOGY Method collecting datas about future mothers cooperation with future mothers to group together mothers according to the length of maternity leave (3 years and more, 2 years or 1 year) Means of action each group has got particular program and plan there are activities that are common for all groups each mother has professional development plan which is beeing tracked by a mentor
