2 PULSE Started as an All India Sports Meet for medical students in 1973, Pulse has transformed itself into “ THE FESTIVAL” to be in. While colleges compete in a mind-boggling array of events, ranging from quizzes to musicals to fashion shows, earth shattering music blasts into the wee hours of morning and, the seven fun filled days refuse to end. We wish to magnify the joy with you in it’s ’43 rd Edition’. 700 Colleges 7 days & 7 nights Over 200 events 40,000 Plus crowd 16 th – 22 nd September, 2016

14 DELEGATE CARDS More than 20000 delegates registered It is mandatory for delegates to carry their delegate cards with them Delegate cards carry the name & logo of all the leading sponsors

15 CONCERT PASSES Sponsor would be given passes for entry into various star nights of Pulse. Sponsor can carry out informal competitions through its own outreach and give away these passes as incentives. We would also give Pulse sponsor cards to our sponsors to attend the events throughout Pulse.

16  Pulse 2016® would help Sponsor in any sort of data collection.  A database of all the students registering for the various events is prepared. This would be shared with Sponsor Database

22 “Sponsor” all the way….  Pulse poster, Event Schedules, delegate cards and pamphlets will carry the Sponsor’s Logo.  Sponsor shall be mentioned as our official Partner on our official PULSE facebook page [over 39k likes] and on the official facebook pages of all participating colleges by their respective Pulse ambassadors.  Sponsor may distribute apparels among the delegates (pamphlets, coupons, T-shirts, caps, bags).  Sponsor may display its products on the space provided for the duration of the festival.  Sponsor is free to do any data collection/ survey during the festival.  Pulse Coordination Committee can provide contact details of participants for advertisement at an individual level.  Sponsor would be provided with a kiosk at the heart of the festival which maybe used for the sale of their own products and collection of paticipant details, as per your own convenience.
