7 Military Programs 7 Mission since 2008 Provides overall management support for construction and services for Fort Jackson, Joint Base Charleston and the 81st Regional Support Command.

8 Interagency & International Support 8 Provide technical assistance to non- Department of Defense federal agencies, state and local governments, tribal nations, private U.S. firms, international organizations, and foreign governments.

9 Facility Investment Services Program We may not have built your car, but we will help keep it running. Current Facility Investment Partners: –Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) –81 st Regional Support Command (US Army Reserves) –Fort Jackson –Space and Naval Warfare Systems Command (SPAWAR) Regular maintenance extends the life of facilities and equipment, stretching scarce O&M dollars! 9

10 Facility Investment Services Program Preventative Maintenance – Changing out HVAC air filters equivalent to changing the air or oil filter in your car. Scheduled service. Service Calls – Repairing a clogged toilet equivalent to replacing the water pump on your car. Small un- scheduled repair. IDIQ Task Orders – Repairing or replacing a facility system or a large system component, like an HVAC system equivalent to replacing the HVAC system in your car. 11 Facility Investment Services Program Here’s what we look for in a Facility Investment Services Contractor: –Great Customer service. Responsiveness. Flexibility. Commitment to excellence. –High level of competency with Facilities Engineering and Operations –Good performance track record on previous similar contracts. –Corporate experience with Preventive Maintenance, Repairs, Service Calls and MAXIMO or other Asset Management systems. –Ability to handle surge requirements. –Ability to perform timely and accurate invoicing. –Good pulse on local resources (Sub- Contractors). 11 Interested in doing this kind of work?
