VALUES Co-production based on an appreciation that every single person has a capacity to contribute and an ability to learn and share skills. Living a good life depends on whether those capacities can be used, and their abilities and choices demonstrated in what matters to them, their families and neighbourhoods. A willingness to share power. Forging new forms of working relations and not abrogating responsibility.
