10 Claims Management Medical Provider Employee visits a medical provider Employee pays for services provided Broker Insurer Employee sends medical claim form and receipts to the broker Broker receives claim and registers it in the system and it is logged as a pending task Notification is automatically sent to the member via email Broker handles settlement of claim with insurer Broker updates status of claim regularly in the system. Member is automatically notified via email of all changes. On claim settlement, Broker updates system, member is notified and settled amount is sent to member

11 Claims in Action Broker registers a new claim in the system Broker completes details of the claim and the system automatically informs the member that their claim has been registered Member logs on and reviews claim details and the progress of the claim
