Aims To explore how ‘The Catholic School: Developing in Faith’ is integrated into the normal processes of self-evaluation within a school; To demonstrate useful links between HGIOS 4 and ‘The Catholic School: Developing in Faith’; To examine the usefulness of ‘Companions on the Journey’ in identifying the developing CLPL needs of staff in a Catholic School; To ensure a balance between the needs of a school and the CLPL needs of the individual.
