Crew also notified by Japanese of distress signal located SE of Miyako (3923N 14217E); crew searched area with no findings 1.3959N 14137E 2.3915N 14152E 3.3900N 14139E 4.3900N 14137E 5.3859N 14137E UNCLASSIFIED

2 DISTRESS SIGN 250116Z 3900N 14142E MATSUZAKI ELEMENTARY MASSAKI JR HS Crew located distress sign “HELP WATER” IVO Massaki Junior High School. 2x personnel observed walking on field. Roads IVO schools were obstructed with debris however the main road was accessible; JGSDF have been providing support in area for the past two days. 3 OURA PORT 250228Z 3926N 14209E Crew noted port southeast of Yamada port facility. Pier assessed intact, however pier facilities have been destroyed. Residential areas have sustained visible damage. Floating debris was observed IVO port. 1x small boat is visible pier side. Road access to port is clear; assess clean up is ongoing in the area. UNCLASSIFIED N

4 KAMAISHI PORT 250314Z 3916N 14153E Crew noted Kamaishi Bypass bridge intact; observed 1x vehicle crossing bridge. No changes observed to 4x cranes on pier and 1x floating crane IVO pier. No changes observed to 1x beached Group III vessel. Channel assessed as navigable; 2x medium sized vessels observed IVO port. UNCLASSIFIED N 1x FLOATING CRANE 1x CRANE 1x BEACHED GROUP III

5 KAMAISHI HARBOR 250314Z 3914N 14153E Crew noted cloudy weather conditions IVO target; harbor assessed as navigable. Pier facilities show visible damage. 3x small boats observed pier side. Harbor assessed accessible by roads; vehicle activity observed. UNCLASSIFIED N

6 WAKINOSAWA 250043Z 3900N 14149E Crew observed target area with visible damage; broken seawalls, washed out bridges/roads/buildings IVO piers. Noted location of Yonesaki Junior High School; possibly utilized as a shelter; multiple vehicles observed in the area. No distress signals were observed. Crew observed floating debris covering half of northern pier; several small ships washed ashore. Clean up efforts observed IVO washed out road, assessed to be HWY 38. YONESAKI JUNIOR HS HWY 38 FRONTAGE ROAD BROKEN SEAWALL DESTROYED BRIDGE N CRANE

7 RIKUZENTAKATA UNCLASSIFIED Road assessed to be HWY 45 MISSING SEAWALL N N N N 250043Z 3900N 14147E Crew noted cloudy weather conditions at target. Crew noted washed out bridge; 4x support structures is all that remains. Portions of roads and residential areas were observed underwater. Seawall is destroyed. 4x trucks, 1x tractor, and 4x personnel were observed in target area; possibly relief aid. No additional vehicle/personnel were observed.

8 OSABE PORT 250040Z 3859N 14137E Crew noted cloudy weather conditions IVO target. Noted 4x small boats DIW; several vessels shipwrecked in residential areas and on the pier. 2x vehicles were observed operating in target area. Assess southern portion of port to be accessible by roads. UNCLASSIFIED BROKEN SEAWALL FLOATING DEBRIS BROKEN SEAWALL 1x BOAT ON PIER FLOATING DEBRIS N
