3 - Alfresco Use Case Went live: July 2014 Number of documents: 4,000+ Number of Users: 500+ (spanning 35 countries across 6 continents) Partner Learning Portal that helps Teach For All increase the impact of its 35 partner national organizations by giving their staff a site to: Find relevant case studies, sample work products, training documentation and other resources to help accelerate their work Find and connect with other staff across the global network in order to collaborate on mutual topics of interest Find key data and statistics on each national organization Find Teach For All-sponsored events and access any documents associated with those events

4 - Goals & Challenges Implementation Challenges Provide a strong user experience for a growing (and ever changing) user base spread across 35+ countries System must be cloud-based Content is king Biggest Wins: Immediate, voluntary user adoption across all 35 network partners upon launch ~25 new users register onto the portal each week Deeper success metrics are currently being tracked for future reports Future Objectives and Innovation Plans: Digital Asset Management Full events management Enhanced search capabilities Introduce more “social networking” capabilities

5 - Alfresco Use Case Went live Feb. 2011 Update between 200 & 250 pieces of content per week. Around 100 users Content as a Service allowed us to Serve content to multiple sites & apps. Empower business users to create, edit, and publish content, reducing IT involvement. Update site content within minutes. Easily integrate with systems & services. Stop using ecommerce system to manage content.

6 - Goals & Challenges With Content as a Service it was difficult to Support in-context editing. Integrate with testing & targeting tools. Support hyper-personalization. Future Objectives and Innovation Plans: Hudson Bay Digital – 4 ecommerce sites & apps with one WCM. Ecommerce as a Service? Tighter integration with PIM & Product Systems. Hyper-personalized & localized experiences. Store displays integrated with WCM.
