15 Enforcement The property owner is required to take corrective action(s), for example: Submit a Drainage and Erosion Control Plan, prepared by a licensed Professional Engineer, to Monterey County RMA Environmental Services for review and approval. Improvements shall be constructed and maintained in accordance with the approved plans. 15

16 Administrative Citation Fines Past Compliance Date First day$100 Second day $200 Third day $500; and, A fine of $500 will be imposed for each subsequent violation for each and every day thereafter. 16
