6 5. Main aims and objectives Students - to take the responsibility of setting and running a business. Students and teachers- teamwork. 8 7. Results 7. Results Students learn the exciting world of money and finance. They learn to create a winning strategy to best serve their customers. They learn to increase profits by managing the bank assets and liabilities against others competing on the market. Students prepare for real life outside school. 10 9. Competiveness The program Banks in Action is run by Junior Achievement Young Enterprise. Our EUROBANK team takes part in JA-YE Europe Banks in Action Challenge 2013 – a competition with 745 students in 265 teams from 9 countries.
