4 Using the Photocopy Machine Purchase a photocopy card at the circulation desk. Price: 3,000LL Consider –time constraints –the needs of others

5 Print out papers for class at the Help Desk

6 Printing your papers only one printer for 30 computers printing available from all computers print requests go into a queue – first come; first served consider –time restraints –the needs of others recommend printing only 5 sheets at a time sign and record number of pages each time you print

9 Use the computers to search the catalogue and the internet

10 The LMC houses over 14,000 items

12 The LMC serves the 700 students and faculty of the Secondary School It is a privilege to use the facilities of the LMC. But with privilege comes responsibility. It is the responsibility of all our patrons to abide by the rules established for all users.

13 Library Rules Secondary School Classroom Rules: –No food, drinks or chewing gum –Bring only electronics required by instructor –No cell phones allowed at school Library Rules –No food or drinks (Water is allowed) –No iPODs, No cell phones

14 the LMC/BCD is not a lounge or cafeteria be mindful of your noise level and behavior respect the rights of other library users and do not disturb them Students who fail to respect library rules or the Acceptable Use Policy will be asked to leave and will lose their library privileges for a period of time.

15 1.Classes are booked into the library through cooperative plans between teachers and librarians. Individuals using the libraries should be careful not to disturb these cooperative lessons. 2.Students are requested to respect the cleanliness and tidiness of the physical space when they leave the library or Demo Room. Chairs should be returned to their places; waste papers put in the rubbish bins.
