The third person “plug it in” or “substitutes” the correct numbers for the formula and initials. 7. Teacher says “Hot Potato” and the paper is passed to the fourth person on the right. 8. The fourth person calculates the problem and initials. Teacher then shows correct answer to the class. Keep doing this for all the problems. At the end of the game, the original owner of the paper will get their paper back.
