3.  The present system of grant release is cumbersome and complicated  SPV requires to submit voluminous supporting documents in support of its claim  The documents alongwith claim are examined by the PMA, taking considerable time  After satisfactory compliance of each milestones, PMA recommends release of grant to SPV

4.  PMA recommendation is examined in the Ministry and then claim is recommended to IFD for concurrence  After IFD concurrence, the grant amount is transferred to bank account of the SPV by Pay & Accounts Office  Usually 2-3 months time is taken between the date of filing claim and final disbursal of fund to the SPV

5.  Ministry will issue login Id and password to all the SPVs and PMAs  SPV will upload prescribed documents on the portal  An alert SMS /Email will be sent to PMA and Ministry  PMA will examine the documents uploaded by the SPV and make its recommendations to Ministry online

6.  Ministry will process the claim online for concurrence of IFD  Sanction order will be sent to the Pay & Accounts Officer for disbursement of fund through ECS.  It will eliminate delay, minimize human interface and enhance transparency
