2 n The PCI is a system developed to allow patients to identify issues they wish to discuss as part of their consultation n Also allows patients to identify members of the MDT they wish to see as part of their consultation n Uses touch screen computer in the clinic setting n A way to recognise unmet needs What is the PCI ?
