19.  Participation open to all Kentucky farmers. o Farmers must complete participant agreement form.  Farmers deliver to food bank warehouse. o Delivery costs included in price caps.  KAFB negotiates all transactions and determines delivery location.

20.  Farmer prepares a detailed invoice to include with produce delivery.  Food bank staff verify delivery and determine total weight of delivery.  Food bank staff sign invoice and forward to KAFB to process payment.  KAFB issues a check to farmer within 2 weeks.
