7. Open Response The sonfg i chose is “Hey there Delilah” by Plain White T´s. I chose this song because it is my favorite song and I really love it. This song talks about Delilah and maybe her boyfriend, I think they were separated and he says that the money doesn’t matter. He also says that the distance doesn´t matther and even though the times are hard he will come back with her. This song is dedicated to Delilah (I don´t know who she is) because it talks about personal stuff and they’re telling their story. If I had to write a story or a poem I would write about our world today, like the problems we’re facing now. I would like to write about reality not as if the world was perfect or that good to everybody. I think that songs and poems should be real and important.

10. Open Response For me poetry is a way of expresion using diferent devices, foe example: rhyme, rhythm, imager, etc.. Poetry is applied through my life because I esxpress myself, how I feel and think. I think that poetry is important to humans because it brings joy, happiness, sadness, etc.. I’d always like poetry but in this bimester I improved because was easier for me. This time I really interpretated the poem we read and I learn to do better poems. What was more difficult for me this bimester was to do a free verse because it didin´t need to include any rhynes or rhythm and I thuink that poems need to include sound and poetic devices. What was really easy for me was to do poems and the ballad (we chose the theme). What I really liked to do was the activity of the songs´lirycs! I like this bimester because I learned a lot ofpoetry.
