- the colour red was chosen to make them easy to spot - from 1926 there is a prominent crown, representing the British government - the red phone box is often seen as a British cultural icon throughout the world RED TELEPHONE BOXES

6 PILLAR BOXES - they are found in the United Kingdom and in most
former nations of the British Empire, members of the Commonwealth of Nations and British overseas territories ( Australia, Cyprus, India, Hong Kong,  Malta, New Zealand ) - the boxes have been in use since 1852 - the red post box is regarded as a British cultural icon - there are over 100,000 post boxes in the UK PILLAR BOXES

17 - the Queen's Guard and Queen's Life Guard - the British Army has regiments of both Horse Guards and Foot Guards and since the reign of King Charles ll. these have been responsible for guarding the Sovereign's palaces - contrary to popular belief, they are not purely ceremonial and are fully operational soldiers BRITISH GUARDS

band that formed in Liverpool in 1960 - with members John Lennon,  Paul McCartney, George Harrison and  Ringo Starr, they became widely regarded as the greatest and most influential act of the rock era - in the early 1960s, their enormous popularity first emerged as "Beatlemania„ - song and video: She loves You THE BEATLES

29 - John Michael "Ozzy" Osbourne (born 3 December 1948) is an English vocalist, songwriter - the title of „Godfather of Heavy Metal“ - Osbourne's total album sales is over 100 million - as a member of Black Sabbath, he was inducted into the U.S. Rock and Roll Hall of Fame, and he was inducted into the UK Music Hall of Fame as a solo artist and as a member of the band - Osbourne has a star on the Birmingham Walk of Stars in his hometown as well as the Hollywood Walk of Fame - song: Mama, I´m Comming Home → - song and video: Dreamer OZZY OSBOURNE
