2 SYNOPSIS Located in the South- Western part of Lusaka Declared as a district in August 2012 and a Centre of Excellence in October, 2013 Population of 107,051 as at national census (50.3% male and 49.7% female) Industrial and Agriculture Activities Depletion of Natural Resources

3 OBJECTIVES Gender disaggregated data on poverty levels Mobilization and capacity building workshops on gender and climate change Conduct monitoring and evaluation on all ventures applied to measure climate change 50/50 BY 2015: DEMANDING A STRONG POST 2015 AGENDA
