9. Superfast Broadband – Future rollout in South Tyneside Open Market Review – Identify areas of the Borough (at a post code level) where Superfast Broadband is not currently available. Work with BDUK and local partners to put a funding package and procurement process in place to connect the identified areas of the Borough where it is not commercially viable for the private sector to service. Increase the availability of Superfast Broadband to circa 98%. Continue to promote the benefits of Superfast Broadband.
