3.  According to Westropp (2012), China and Sub-Sahara Africa share a lot of similarities in terms of culture and ideally this should create a positive business environment especially for Chinese Organisations in Nigeria.  Nigeria however has peculiar ethnic diversity that has been guiding her leaders especially in terms of ascension to power.  WHAT WE KNOW  Essentially, China is in Nigeria for ‘resource’ (especially oil) and it has channelled aids provision to enhance this in terms of building infrastructure to enhance and gain access to these resources and Nigeria is in dire need of these infrastructure for her local needs. These are made up of State owned companies, joint ventures organisations and privately  Nigeria is the 4 th top African trading partner of china with 6.2% total Africa trade aftersouth africa with 22.3% 4
