Presidents Report Current state of the Heights at Meadow Springs Membership Classes Section 7 (evaluating the total lot numbers @ 147) Class A is Home Owners (1 vote per lot) Class B is Declarants (Asmus) (3 votes per lot) The total outstanding votes held by Class A members equals the total outstanding votes held by Class B (Asmus) Once Class B has 36 lots or less, the Class B membership shall be converted to Class A membership. Assessments for Meadows East HOA Requesting an accounting of our assessments
