3 The varieties of breads

4 Bagel Bagel are like fat donates. They come from Italy. Bagel is sweet and tasty.

5 Focaccia Focaccia is from France. Focaccia is a bit fat and has a lot of green things that look like stem.

6 Brioche Brioche is from France. It is fat and sweet.

7 Chapatti Chapatti is from India Chapatti is flat and tastes nice with curry.

8 Naan Naan is from Asia. It is flat and lots of people have it in Asia with curry.

9 Scottie Scottie is from England. It has a lot of raisins.

10 Rye bread Rye bread is from Germany. Rye bread has a lot of seeds inside them and I didn’t like it.

11 Pita Pita bread is from Greece.

12 Baguette Baguette is from France. It is long and covered from the top &bottom.

13 Spiced bread Spiced loaf is from Jamaica. It is in a rectangle shape and very spicy.

14 health & safety Always clean the surface you working on.surface The dishes and things that you are going to make with have to be clean. Tie long hair back that they don’t fall in. You would get germs and bacteria if you don’t clean the things.germsbacteria

15 Ingredients you will need 150g of white flour 125ml of water 2g of sachet yeast Pinch of salt ½ teaspoon of sugar 2 teaspoon of sunflower oil 25g of choc chips 25g of chocolate sprinkles

16 Method how to make the bread 1.First pour 150g of white flour in to a bowl 2.Add 125ml of water (warm) 3.Mix well 4.Pour 2g of sachet yeast 5.Mix well 6.Add a pinch of salt 7.Mix

17 Method how to make the bread 1.Add ½ teaspoon of sugar 2.Mix 3.Pour 2 teaspoon of sun flower oil 4.Mix well 5.Add 25g choc chips knead the dough 6.When it is risen knock back 7.Turn it in the right shape and add 25g of sprinkles 8.Put the oven on and put the bread in for 20 min

18 Evaluation What I could make better is to add more sugar that it is sweeter. the things that were good the shape was good and how much it risen.

19 Glossary 1.Evaluation: is when you think about what was good and bad about some think. 2.Risen: is when the yeast grows and becomes bigger. 3.Knock back: is when it has risen you punch it that all the air comes out. 1.Knead: is when you punch it lightly. 2.Surface: is what you work on. 3.Germs: are things that you catch and sometimes you become ill. 4.Bacteria: is all the dirt and things that have not been clean properly.
