10 Further Education College or 6 th form A Levels or equivalent Employment based training Apprenticeships NVQs, levels 2-4 or equivalent Higher education University Degree and beyond What pathways might your son or daughter take?

As a minimum students should aim to achieve 5 C grades to access these post- 16 pathways Most jobs require the best person for it – to be considered for interview applicants CVs will have to look better than most. Aim for your target grade or higher this will help you to get the best results and to get the best opportunities.

12 Aiming for University? There is currently a lot of competition for university places, especially at Russell Group universities You need to make your application stand out from the rest. So... aim for the best grade you can……. A or A*!
