17. 17 Project Management Capability  All of our Projects have a dedicated single point contact to the customers for all technical and project related communications, who are also proficient in English.  Our project Engineers communicate with their customers on a regular basis to update them on the status of the project deliverables, milestones and in addition communicate with internal Huazhi teams.  We provide regular updates to customer on progress of tool development through various media like Email, FTP or Online project management system based on the customer’s preferred method.  We have available several Injection molding machines for trials, Dryers, Mold temperature controllers, Gas injection units, Gas injection pressure controllers, Hot runner temperature controllers, Sequential controllers for valve gates etc., to have the ability to conduct trial run on our molds in house.

18. 18 Engineering Capability  Our engineering Team is comprised of many qualified professional engineers who have years of experience in designing molds and products.  Our designs adhere to the International standards, unless otherwise stated by customer to follow their own Tooling standards. We use the most popular software like Unigraphics, Pro-E, Catia, Auto CAD to design the molds in 3D & 2D.  We focus on all the critical areas of your mold including Mold construction, Feasibility analysis, Design Standards, Cool and Warp analysis etc., to deliver a robust and a superior quality mold for our customers.  Our Engineers seamlessly interface with our customers on all aspects of the program, in order to develop the best designed mold which is easily maintained and can produce plastic parts at an optimum possible cycle time with the best possible processing window.

19. 19 Manufacturing Capability  Our manufacturing teams coordinates with the project and planning departments to insure adherence to the customer’s timeline requirements.  We utilize our customized ERP System to Plan, Track and Control each and every process and components required for your molds during the manufacturing process.  Our tool shop is equipped with high quality, high precision, equipment such as High Speed CNC, Machining center, EDM’s, Wire EDMs to manufacture the mold components with the highest precision and to design tolerances.  Our tool shop is equipped with various types of material handling equipments high capacity cranes, Tilting equipment and Die spotting press etc., needed to aid us in the mold assembly and fitting process.
