1 Monday, April 25 th  Greetings, class. Have a seat wherever you’d like (one last time) and complete today’s warm-up in your notebook. Today’s Warm-up: Write a four to eight line poem about your weekend. Be sure to give your poem a title. Your goal is to complete your warm-up before the timer hits zero!  Tonight’s Homework: Bring your/a big textbook to class tomorrow.

2 Today’s Learning Targets  I analyzed a piece of poetry, identified the meaning of a previously unknown word, and made real world connections  I was introduced to confidence building strategies and thought about how I could apply them to my own life (Motivation Monday!)
