3. The Area Where They Lived
The Iroquois lived in a forested area in the northwest in what is now New York and Pennsylvania. They mainly lived in long houses because those were the resources they had. The forest gave them all the resources they could need.

4. Where should we live?
Food- Deer, berries , and other small animals in the forest.
Water- Lakes , streams , rivers , ponds, and creeks.
Shelter- Lots ,and lots of wood for longhouses
The Iroquois decided whereto live depending on resources. Food , water, and shelter were what they needed to build, live, and survive.

5. Fun Facts About Iroquois
The Iroquois were very interesting in the fact that not only did they hunt big animals but they also hunted small animals like rabbits and squirrels.
The Iroquois built palisades to protect their village.
They are interesting because they have to use all their resources and can’t go buy it at a store.
“The boys aren’t allowed to hunt with the men until they catch an animal of their own.

6. Iroquois and Us Iroquois Us Did not try to change nature.
Thought it was better to give than receive.
Thought more about that day
Took over nature however they wanted to.
Thought it was better to save and receive.
Thought more about the future
