4  First, and most importantly you need to ask yourself, your leaders, and your organization…  What do you want to get out of college recruiting?  Are you willing to go all in?  Is the organization committed to CR & CR?  What is the budget?  Can we realistically sustain this (Yes! Think attrition, recruiting philosophy, etc…)?  And… what if you are not recruiting on campus??? College Recruiting & Campus Relations Program

Then…  Starts with talent planning…  What are your talent needs for today?  What are your talent needs for the future?  An effective CR & CR program requires you to be looking 1-4 years down the road!  This is NOT in-time/industry recruiting…  You need to have EVERYONE onboard!
