2. You will need to retrieve an initial password from the registration system by: 1 st enter the email address to which you received the letter as your User Name 2 nd click on Forgot My Password to confirm password reset

4. Click “OK.” Then check your email for to retrieve your password. Your password e here Here is an example email:

5. Enter your User Name (your email address) and your password from the email.

6. Select your School District and click “Continue” If you are responsible for more than one school/school district, there are additional instructions for registering other schools/school districts later in this document.

7. Click “OK,” to enter your account information, where you can update your password.

8. 2 nd Check this box to personalize your password 1 st Enter your account information Lastly, Click Save

9. By clicking “OK,” you will move to the registration form/opting out. Your email Your phone # Your password

10. Clicking “Your Account” takes you back to your account information, which you can update if necessary. If you need to grant access to a colleague, click here. That individual will have the same level of access as you.

11. To register your school/school district, you will need the following information: Superintendent's Name District Contact’s name, email, and phone # Secondary Contact's name, email, and phone # If your School/School District plans to have its School District level IYS report results merged with other Schools and/or School Districts, you will need to able to provide the following information about those other school/districts: Private or Public? County School/School District

12. Participating or Opting out To grant AEA access to survey data and reports, check the box below. To participate in IYS, check the box below. To opt out, leave the boxes unchecked.

13. To finalize your school district’s registration, click “Save and Continue.”

14. Finalizing your registration, click on “Review IYS Registration”

15. Reviewing your IYS registration: Read through the agreement and check the information entered below is correct. If there is incorrect information, click the “Back” button at the bottom of the page. Scroll down to sign digitally. Click on “Finalize Current Form.”

18. Example of downloading your IYS registration, be sure to “save as.” Your screen may look different, if you are NOT using Chrome.

19. After downloading or printing your IYS registration form for your records, click on “Review AEA Permission Form.”

20. Review your AEA Permission Form: Read through the agreement and check the information entered below is correct. If there is incorrect information, click the “Back” button at the bottom of the page. Scroll down to sign digitally. Click on “Finalize Current Form.”

21. Click “OK,” then download or print your form.

22. After downloading or printing both forms (IYS Registration and Permission Form), click the “Back” button.

23. If you DON’T have another school/district to register, logout. If you do, scroll to the bottom of the webpage, and see the next page of instructions.

24. Registering another school/school district Click on “Select Another District” You will be rerouted to the page “Select Your School/District.” Select your other school/district and continue the registration process for that school/district.
