Maximum coverage: ~ 5meter Maximum data rate: ~ 40Mbps per service Antenna configuration: Omni RX/TX (mobile) - Directional RX/TX(kiosk) Etc: Fast association, Location & Speed detection

3 SubmissionPaul Jeon, LG May 2011doc.: IEEE 15-11-0xxx-00-0psc Use Case (2) – Interactive Narration Slide 2 Maximum coverage: ~ 5meter Maximum data rate: ~ 40Mbps per service Antenna configuration: Selection Stage: Directional TX (mobile) - Directional RX (Narration System) Service Stage: Omni RX (mobile) – Omni TX (Narration System) Etc: Fast association 1) Each person can view the point of interest through the mobile device camera. 2) The narration system detect the area of interest and give personalized information if any.

4 SubmissionPaul Jeon, LG May 2011doc.: IEEE 15-11-0xxx-00-0psc Use Case (3) – Intuitive Social Networking Slide 2 Maximum coverage: ~ 10meter Maximum data rate: ~ 100Mbps per connection Antenna configuration: Directional - Directional Etc: Fast association, Location detection Intimate Social Public 1) A smart phone interprets how “close” they are into how “intimate” they are. 2) And it invokes different social networking application sets based on intimacy measurement results. Or a user can select target based on its location.
