12 Picture This Team members take turns drawing representations of a set of scientific terms or concepts while the other team member(s) guess the term being drawn. Each team will have 4 minutes to complete 25 terms. A definite order of rotation shall be followed. All team members will take turns drawing. You may pass on a term. However, you cannot return to that term. The sketcher may not speak unless he/she chooses to pass the term. Timing begins when the order of the draw has been determined and the supervisor gives the 1 st sketcher the 1 st term. Letters of any alphabet, or numbers of any kind, are not allowed

13 Picture This (con’t) No symbols may be used except for: arrows, a minus sign - to shorten a word, a plus + to lengthen a word and those that represent the word(s) given, (e.g., a circle for the word sun in a solar eclipse). The number of words not letters may be represented with underlines __. Body language is not permitted except for supervisor accepted clues such as nodding yes or no, to acknowledge a desired response from team members. If the guessing team member(s) say a word, it can only be written down when the supervisors directs you to do so. And NEVER parts of a word! Any violations will be counted as a pass. When the event judge indicates the correct term is given, you can move on to the next word. Forms of the word will NOT be accepted with the exception of plurals and singulars, which will be accepted interchangeably
