Science themed competitions between schools Grades K- 12 Regional, State, and National Competition Increasing interest in science by creating a technologically literate workforce and providing recognition for outstanding achievement by both students and teachers.

3. South Pointe Mission To give all students an opportunity to develop an interest, be engaged, explore, and learn different aspects of science outside the classroom. 12. What Does This Mean For South Pointe Students? Take a look at the events and fill out an application – due Friday, Sept. 11 DO NOT TURN IN FEES ONLY APPLICATIONS We will meet Thursdays and some Tuesdays We will have another set of testing to determine the competing team We will comprise a team of at least 15 members that will go to competitions- Team members that compete will be announced later on in the year
