10 Actions A review of the Men’s programme is taking place following the Men’s World Championships Future plans will mean an increase in consistent Regional Academy centres for boys

11 Actions 4 Girls Regional academies Bolton School (North), Berkhamsted ( London North) St Catherines (London South), St Swithuns, (Rendcomb [Feb]) (South West) 3 more dates October/ November, February, April = 5 days 2 groups at each venue Under 15 and Over 15

12 Actions National Academy Tournament – April 12 th England Coaches will be present and this will form the assessment and selection for individuals to move up to the U17 England Squad (plus any U19 who are late developers) There will be an assessment date for any new entrants into the younger end of the academy

13 Actions  Recently appointed- Senior Women’s Assistants, Senior Women’s Manager, Development Squad Head Coach, Development Squad Assistant Coach, U17 Head Coach, Regional Head Coaches  Still to appoint Development Squad Manager, U17 Manager, some Regional Assistant Coaches.  Mens Senior Coach and support team  Mens U19 Head Coach and support team  Videos to be shot for the syllabus – support given  Workforce Coach Mentor Project to start

14 Setting the scene With 2017 World Cup and 2018 World Championships to be held in England we have a very clear focus. The focus is to aim to train at a level with the appropriate support to reach the semi finals in each tournament
