11 Sir Paul McCartney After The Beatles Paul went on to have an extremely successful solo career Paul formed the band Wings and continues to write hit songs like ‘Live and Let Die’, ‘Silly Love Songs’, ‘With a Little Luck’ Paul also went on to record duets with artists like Michael Jackson and Stevie Wonder

12 John Lennon John went on to have a successful solo career as well He put out his biggest solo hit ‘Imagine’ in 1979 He lived in New York until he was assassinated by Mark David Chapman in December of 1980 (40 years old)

13 Ringo Starr Ringo went on to huge success following the beatles with his ringo Starr all-star band He continues to tour to this day keeping the music of the beatles alive for all new generations

14 George Harrison Went on to great success after The Beatles Collaborated with many other famous rock stars including close friend Eric Clapton Died in November 2001 of complications due to throat cancer (58 years old)
