5 An OSEHRA work group was chartered in September 2014 to serve as the popHealth Steering Committee – Primary Function: chart the roadmap for the evolution of the popHealth software suite. – Implementation Strategy: coordinate with one or more project groups that will develop, test and commit new popHealth code. – Oversight: work closely with the user's community to assure the strategic direction meets the evolving needs of the community. Jackie Mulhall, eHealthConnecticut (eHCT), was elected as chairperson of the Steering Committee with Fred Prior, OSEHRA, serving as co-chair. 16 Certification Levels 16 OSEHRA recognizes 4 levels of SQC. Level 1 is reserved for VistA legacy code. Levels 2-4 represent a continuum of growing certification compliance. For new code developed under VA contract, OSEHRA recommends a minimum certification level of Level 3.
