4 4 How to Apply to the Junior Program  Application Deadlines:Junior Program I:1 June 2009 Junior Program II:1 September 2009  Application Forms can be found on our website: www.dhbw-mosbach.de/index.php?id=199 www.dhbw-mosbach.de/index.php?id=199  Here you will also find our Survival Guide including more details about costs, housing, formalities, etc.  Application Process:  Application materials submitted by the deadline will be given first consideration in the participant selection process.  Qualified applicants will be admitted to the program / campus of their choice as space allows.  Rolling admission after deadlines have passed: Applications received after the deadline will still be considered however; if all slots have been filled, they will be placed on a waiting list and notified if space becomes available.

5 5 Things to Know About the Junior Program Key features:  The Junior Program can be chosen as a one- or two-semester program: JP I or JP II or JP I + JP II.  It is available in Mosbach (JP I and JP II) and in Bad Mergentheim (JP II). It includes:  Coursework focused on the field of International Business Administration  Business classes taught entirely in English  Modules in one- or two-week blocks  Intensive German Language Course prior to Business classes  Orientation program  Excursions  30 ECTS credits per semester

7 7 Duale Hochschule Baden-Wuerttemberg – Things That Change  On 1 March 2009: BA Mosbach became one of eight sites of the new Cooperative State University system of Baden-Wuerttemberg  New name in German: "Duale Hochschule Baden-Württemberg (DHBW) Mosbach" … in English: "Baden-Wuerttemberg Cooperative State University Mosbach"  DHBW president's office located in Stuttgart; rectors and vice-rectors are in charge of 8 different sites  Sites still operate independently in their international affairs (however Mosbach and Bad Mergentheim keep operating as one unit)  New opportunities:  Full university equivalence of Bachelor's degrees (210 ECTS credits)  Master programs planned  More research
