Annual Milestones Annual Due Dates – Scopes of work – Institutional Portraits – Annual report content (for report to NSF) – Program Evaluation reports Submission “open” and “close” dates Meetings – Virtual Network & Admin meetings, in-person meetings – Operations Group Meetings (may be restricted) Conferences – Conferences that CIRTL people will be attending (if known), – Conferences and conference deadlines for meetings where we like to have CIRTL represented Cross-Network Events & Planning Information – Course registration open and close dates – Cross- Network Course start and end dates – Dates when marketing materials become available – Cross-network events (e.g. coffee hours, CIRTL casts, etc)

Summer/Fall 2012 schedule for each university June 1, 2012 – Local Leadership Teams in development June 25, 2012 – Registration will open for Fall 2012 cross-Network courses * (registration for additional course(s) may open July 23) Summer 2012 – Develop staffing and operations plans Develop marketing plans to local future faculty Develop first local CIRTL program(s), as in 2-pagers Develop first cross-Network semester-long “course”, as in 2-pagers Respond to solicitation for 2012-2013 Coffee Hour and CIRTL Casts August 2012 – Good news from NSF! September 2012 – Submit cross-Network course proposals for January 2013
