The survey spanned multiple services including fixed telephony, mobile telephony, and Internet services. Methodology 4 Throughout the course of this survey, face-to-face interviews were conducted with call backs to ensure the authenticity of the responses. A total of 2,109 households and 2,133 individuals participated in this study. The fixed line survey was based on household usage of fixed line telephony as opposed to usage by individuals of fixed line telephony. The surveyors therefore targeted the key/ joint decision maker of the household regarding the subscription decisions, and the person responsible for fixed line expenditure.
