George Washington was an impressive individual because of his determined and adventurous spirit, his great ability to lead, and his confident humility.

Choose a font that is easy to read from across the room. Don’t layer photos behind the Thesis Statement or Claim sentences.

George was a determined individual who often found himself in the midst of adventures

Avoid excessive animation effects. Avoid sound effects, especially when what you want the audience to hear is you, not sound clips. In a formal academic presentation, sarcastic or ridiculous humor is inappropriate the way slang is inappropriate in an academic essay. It communicates the wrong tone for the assignment. Save the jokes for later.

George washington exhibited a tremendous ability to enspire and lead those around Him!!!

Again, make sure the tone of your presentation is appropriate. Save the humor for later. Make sure the pictures do not cover the words. Make sure you edit your sentences and avoid errors. Do not use exclamation marks!!!!!!

George Washington was a confident man, but he was not arrogant or in need of validation through power or status; in fact, he was the true definition of a humble leader.

Keep your font styles simple & easy to read. Fancy fonts are just for titles and heading. If the picture covers the words, you are doing things backwards. In this type of presentation, it is your words that matter, the pictures are extra.
