May NOT use the “waiting time” provisions unless directly involved in oilfield with specialized equipment. Does NOT include hauling sand or water to shale sites. Must log as regular driving 3. ATA and others have asked FMCSA to reconsider. 4. Consumer Energy Alliance Truck Safety Initiative 5. Impact on driver supply? Shale Operations and HOS Exception
